I printed off a list of crap Tony can't eat and it's posted on the fridge. Good for checking the labels of canned goods and mixes. There's a lot here that he can't eat.

Celiac is just wheat products, right??

If he's a meat and potatoes guy it shouldn't be too hard :)

But man, its crazy what kind of stuff can sneak into pre-packaged stuff. I'm sure it'll get really easy after a bit though.

yes he loves meat and potatoes the problem is the kids don't like meat and potatoes lol and I am not making 2 meals a night! He also loves to eat crap like ranch pretzels, pop tarts, mac n' cheese so the main challange is making something that he can take for lunches at work he also doesn't want to read labels. It's fun!

oh it's wheat, barley and rye. That includes some really strange things, like some brands of mayo and mustard!

which are found in pretty much everything that is premade/packaged including soda and medications.
