The Book Faeries - December Edition
I think I'm going to make this a regular monthly feature. Most times it's to say thank you to the really kind people whom I've gotten books from (the ones I refer to as, the book faeries), but this edition of Book Fairy is mostly thanks to myself and TJ from Book Love Affair who introduced me to a website that sells nothing but Bargain books. They had a spectacular Black Friday deal: For $20 I walked away with 5 books; 2 hardcover, 3 trade.
Of course, my thanks also goes out to Simon & Schuster UK who held a huge Christmas/Holiday Giveaway. I walked away with Thomas Asbridge's The First Crusade! :)
