It seems miracles do happen...
Well, I've never been happier to be wrong before. I was pretty sure the miners trapped in the collapsed mine that has been in the news here in Chile for the past two weeks were dead from day one, because the chances of all 33 of them having the time to go to the refuge, the chances of that refuge being sound enough to not collapse, the chances of having enough air and water to last them all these days... it was pretty much slim to none. I'm still skeptical about being able to take them all out alive soon enough, but I'll be happy to be wrong again, that's for sure.
