I managed to spend the day watching stuff in my computer. I say I "managed" because it's kind of amazing my pc has LET me watch all that stuff without complaining... too much.
I watched the TegoMass concert. It was beautiful! It's incredible how not extraordinary songs become absolutely amazing when you listen to them live and with a proper band. I'm so happy Tegoshi got his wish of working with a REAL band, with guys who knew how to tune a song and use more than the typical instruments to make it sound special. As much as TegoMass is all about harmonizing and the two of them probably can sing a capella all of their songs and make them sound perfect that way, for them to have the support of the musicians I think made things even better (and not having juniors running around unnecessarily, too) and the concert tour a lot more fulfilling. I'm very tempted to buy this dvd now, as a fan, I'm very proud of the result! I hope they get another concert tour a year from now, they deserve it!

That's probably my new favorite song of them ^o^
Being in a TegoMass high, I decided to give Tegoshi's new drama a chance. I mean, Uchi is in it too! I knew I wasn't going to like it, but people can't never say I don't at least TRY when it comes to fandom and stuff, so I did... and of course, I didn't like it. There's something about stories about super attractive guys with a legion of crazy fans that kinda turns me off. Hana Yori Dango, Hanakimi, Yamada Tarou... and I know there's more but I rather not think about it. Then it's the point of the story to deal with self-esteem issues with a girl that has such a stupid trauma, it makes me mad. Too silly, too basic and too predicable a story for me to enjoy. No thank you.
Jumping around after that I ended up watching KAT-TUN's Break The Records documentary. I was hoping for some backstage stuff, but after watching the whole thing, it became clear that something like that wouldn't be possible. What the members of KAT-TUN made clear is that the group is make of individuals, and being individuals comes first. And thanks to that, I finally get why I can't seem to like KAT-TUN. A lot can be argue about the music and the way they act around each other, but really, it's too different what they say that what I listen from the guys of, for example, NEWS, and specially Yamapi. Yamapi has consistently over the years made sure we understand that individual work makes the group better, and that what he does, and they do, is for the fans to enjoy. Of course, is his job, he has to tell us nice things like that, he could not mean them (though, really, he would be a pretty damn amazing actor if he was an asshole behind all the good things people say about him, from fans to staff to fellow actors to other idols). On the other hand, I just watched the KAT-TUN members comment on how group activities are really individual stuff put together. I don't actually think that's necessarily a bad thing, but I prefer my groups made of people that do think of the group as such, even though they also want to do stuff individually and shine that way too (and yes, I do like when they *mention* their fans! the KAT-TUN members almost didn't do it at all).
In any case, between all that, I also had to help my mom with her photography class' homework. I helped her with the lighting and placing stuff and I even became a model ^^; She came not long ago wanting to take a picture of my watching something on my computer, so I gave a start to the Code Blue 2 episode. And my mom, who doesn't know a thing about Yamapi, started watching a little bit with me and then announced she was taking the picture when the "pretty guy" showed up. There were several tries in that, my mom complaining she couldn't "catch the pretty guy", but then she managed a few, and I show up in all of them with a big smile on my face XD My mom is a Yamapi fan as well and she doesn't even knows it!
And with that, I have to go actually watch the Code Blue episode!! And go to bed. Work tomorrow, work!
