went to jazzercise again last night but i'm making it a point to do the lower impact moves since my knees can't handle all the jumping and bouncing. i don't know exactly when they took a turn for the worse but last week i was in bad shape after the two classes so i figure that i tone it down. i don't want to REALLY hurt myself and i figure that i
