I always forget (by always, I mean this is the third novel I've started and therefore the third time) that I need to really get to know my characters before writing too much about them. The sky is bright blue and the air is like spring today. I'm sitting in a coffeeshop with Cat Stevens playing over the radio. I've just finished an excellent fresh fruit parfait with real honey and a cup of good strong coffee. My Life: it's not a bad one.
