Silly dad
I haven't updated in a long time, so I thought I would. I took my dad in to get his colonoscopy today, it's one of the "joys" of turning 50. They gave him some medicine that sedated him pretty heavily. He was so loopy it was quite humorous. Right after surgery the nurse brought him some juice and I was holding it for him while he drank and he asked me if he had to finish it. I said no, then he asked me 3 times if the doctor found anything in his colon, and I just laughed cuz he kept asking and I kept saying the same thing. I had asked him if he wanted to take off the hospital socks and put on his normal socks and he said, "no, i will wear these home and then when I am lying in bed I can look down and feel special." It was really funny cuz he said it as if he was a little kid. Then I was drinking some juice cuz the nurse brought me some and I asked my dad if he wanted to finish mine and he said, "That's nice they give juice to customers." I thought it was funny.
