After 7 years of hearing 'we're considering it' they finally got around to giving me a raise in pay grade. I've bumped up from a grade 13 to a grade 15 which roughly translates to a $1.20 raise an hour to $13.55. I feel a lot better. I'm not completely content but I'm momentarily happy ( Read more... )
