I woke up this morning with a fantastic improvement in the definition of my stomach muscles (for me, anyway).  I've been doing yoga every single day for the past week.  I am now inclined to continue.:o

One week of every month, someone should take my laptop away.  I spent the last week arguing with everyone and anyone about stupid things that I would normally let go, and people remember the times you aren't reasonable far more often than the times you are.

Still hopefully next month will be better.

So, about five months ago, I started taking cerazette, much made me horribly moody for the first month.  I had a period that first month, and none the second or third, or the month I stopped taking it (I did two pregnancy tests between stopping taking it and getting my period on the 3rd - I know exactly when it was because I just got a menstrual cup, and rather than gnaw everyone's ear off with vagina talk - which I kind of am now - I just wrote it all down).  So, anyway, for those reasons, I'm hoping last weeks irritability is a one-off, although, to be honest, it probably won't be.  But I really hate going on the pill.:(
