Last night's dinner.

So easy:
1 package of frozen greenpeas (slightly thawed, or run warm water over them.)
1 can of coconut milk
1/4 c of cilantro (or you could try mint)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 minced clove of garlic
1 cube of boullion (or equivalent)

So- take all the ingredients and process them in a food processor, gust until the peas are smashed. It works best to add only 1/2 the coconut milk at first, and then the rest right at the end.
It is enough sauce for 1 pound of pasta, fettucine or another wide flat noodle.

Oh yeah- heat the sauce afer it's mixed. Obvious, I know, but I'm new to actually writing down recipes I make up.
