As you see, there's not much on my bookshelves these days. Correction - very little fiction. Moving continents twice in 10 years does that - books are hellish heavy (expensive) to take internationally. When we came back from the UK in 2005, we had seven crates of books and they were mostly non-fiction, text books and lots on my interests such as population genetics, archaeo and ancient history. And travel guides. LOTS of travel guides.

That's why the public library is so important to me - most of the books I read come from there, as we can't really afford to buy too many books!
