Japanese ex-ambassador's wife found dead in Greek Prison.
In continuation of my previous article which can be found here. The descision of the court for Maria Tanida was as expected strict. She was sentenceced to life imprisonment as she was found guilty for murder.
On the 1st of March it was announced from the court that Maria Tanida (77 from Greece) is guilty for the murder of her daughter. The ex embassador of Japan in the Batican was release as no guilty. Unfortunately on the 17th of April his wife was found dead in her bead in prison. Althought everybody thought that she commited suicide the doctors sead that the reason of death was pathological.
Unfortunately littile is known about the child of the late Ampithea, but I believe that probably the kid stays with his father. Masami Tanida spoked to the Greek TV and insisted that the death of their daughter was a suicide and that his wife was innocent.
A sad end for a sad story. May they both rest in peace.
