The kayokyoku group Junretsu will make their major label CD debut this June with a single titled "Namida no Ginzasen." Currently consisting of six handsome men, Junretsu was originally formed three years ago by three tokusatsu actors, led by Kazuyoshi Sakai (34) of "Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger."
Sakai launched the group with main vocalist Yujiro Shirakawa (33), a former sumo wrestler who started acting in "Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger," and Ryohei Odai (39), who got his acting start in "Kamen Rider Ryuki."
They later recruited Yusuke Tomoi (30) of "Kamen Rider Agito," former university student Shota Gogami (23), and Tatsuya Hayashida (28), the vocalist of visual-kei band BLue-B.
Junretsu was finally signed by Universal Music to make their CD debut with "Namida no Ginzasen." The single is scheduled for release on June 23.
