Actor Takayuki Yamada (27) is taking on three roles in a movie called "Milocrorze," directed by Yoshimasa Ishibashi ("COLOR OF LIFE"). Some details about the story were released today, as it was also announced that the film will be screened at the 35th Hong Kong International Film Festival (March 20-April 5) and at the Yebisu International Festival for Art & Alternate Visions (February 18-27).

"Milocrorze" is described as a "love fantasy" about a man who meets his ideal woman and falls in love, but she suddenly dies not long after that. Chasing his lost happiness, he wanders across time and space in a three-part adventure that has him playing a blond-haired foreigner, a ronin, and a love preacher.

After its screening in Hong Kong, "Milocrorze" will have a theatrical release in Japan this year.

Besides his film work, Ishibashi is best known for creating the TV Tokyo comedy series "Oh! Mikey," which makes use of mannequins for the entire cast. The show is also known as "The Fuccons" in the United States.
