Looking for a Torchwood Series 3 Comm (NOT CoE)

I'm hoping someone can help me.
What I'm looking for is a community along the lines of torchwood_s4 & torchwood_redux, that are writing their own versions of Torchwood, but one that is specifically centred around writing Series 3 AS IT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!
Sorry, but to me, CoE didn't feel like Torchwood at all. It wasn't the show that I've come to know and love, and as such I'd like to deny its existence altogether.
Now, I'm not sure if such a community exists, but what I really want is somewhere that I can 'watch' TW Series 3. Episode by episode, once a week, for 13 weeks.
Also, as both a Ianto and Janto fan, I'd prefer if it was a J/I-centric comm, but that is NOT an absolute must.
What is essential, though, is that CoE NEVER HAPPENED, but everything else did (including novels, radio plays, etc, if you want). Oh, and, Ianto MUST SURVIVE.
I know there are plenty of people out there writing 'fix it' fic since CoE, but I'm really looking for a community effort where there is one (or perhaps a few different) established storyline.
So, does anyone know of such a community? And if not, would anyone else be interested in something like that? More specifically, are there any WRITERS that would be interested? (Please note, whilst I do write fanfic in another fandom, I do not feel confident enough within TW to write it myself.)
So, what do you think?
