Oh, LJ, why do you hate us so.
Anyway, the new rich text editor hates me so much now, but I hate it much, much more! I used to be able to copy and paste fics from Word docs straight to Rich Text, and the format would translate over too. A simple CTRL+R replaced any useless Microsoft HTML tags, and voila, a really quick posting job for fics.
But now, the formatting is all fucked up. The new Rich Text Editor eats paragraphing for some reason so I can't do all that anymore. And if I go to edit an entry that was posted, all the paragraphing disappears and it auto-centers anything under a cut. There are all these bizarre bugs which I don't understand how LJ let through testing stages.
The thought of posting my Big Bang in the next couple days using this editor makes me want to weep tears of terror.
I'll probably ditch the Rich Text Editor and use HTML entirely, but now I'm curious: Do any of you use LJ tools to post your entries (I remember that I used to have Semagic)? Any recommendations?
