What is a Janky Chef? It's me, it's you, it's all of us! Let's be real here, not everyone makes every meal from scratch...and a whole lot of us make good use of the can opener and microwave on a daily basis. I'm here to celebrate the art of improvised meal preparation. I'm here to say we do not have to hide in the shadows.
