You may just be older than dirt, or a raving lunatic. You are about as involved as you could possibly be in the SCA. When you are at events you probably look like you just stepped out of a book. You're blood runs in kingdom colors, you are probably a peer, and your living room probably looks a lot like your campsite. You should probably get some help for your addiction, or see if someone will write a book about you.

Not so much on stepped out of a picture or peer - just a tad biased I think.
On to Novice -
Proceeding reasonably apace - cloaks as done as I'll get them, garb adjusted, high table serving gear collected, some still needs to be rinsed; printed notecards to go with A&S tokens. Designed and made a few personal tokens. Started schedule and court business. Retainer baskets ready and partially packed.
Still have to get the basic camping stuff together - food, bed linens, toiletries, med box, bug spray, sunscreen, dish stuff. Other bling bits for day shade. Have to finish up personal tokens and get other largess collected. Finish writing up court. Finish schedule and some signs. Rest of our feast gear; doubler check hospitality supplies. Dig up whatever retainer gear I can find - it'll be too hot for the hoods I think. Last minute - cut hydrangeas for decorations - more vases. MAKE MORE ICE! (why buy it when the automatic ice maker works just fine). Also - actually write down the words of inspiration. Need stuff for adults as well as youth.
And I have a delusion that I'll finish tonight and can do mundane stuff like the weekly groceries in the morning and some of the Pensic garb prep. Ha!
