Okay. I'm spiritually prepared about people that I don't want to die biting it - nothing can be worse than That Thing That Happened In The Last Dark Tower Book anyway, but knowing that someone I dislike bites it is good. Because there are people I need gone. ;) and oh dear WHAT. I know about That Thing Which Isn't Dying happening to Jaime, but I had no idea it was someone else too. *shudders*
EXTREMELY VAGUE DARK TOWER SPOILERS IF ANYONE READING THE COMMENTS IS CONCERNED
You know when in the middle of the seventh a certain person bit it a minute AFTER surviving a battle and it took them twenty pages to actually die? Suffices to say that when my mom came home two hours after I had got to that point she asked me if someone had died in real life and she's still saying that I freaked her out. XD and hee, I liked five and six (six mostly for the unrepentant Roland/Eddie goodness), and the first half of seven, but I hated the last half. Regarding the ending I could have worked with it but the epilogue is still something I could slap SK for. ;)
i really do need to do a reread, but then if i start i'll want to reread all the books with loose tie-ins to DT and that's, like, everything he's ever written!
all i'm gonna say is: PEOPLE YOU WANT TO DIE ARE GOING TO DIE. ALSO, PEOPLE YOU DO NOT WANT TO DIE ARE GOING TO DIE.
basically, there's all kinds of death coming soon (there's some "worse than death" coming, too)
