Okay, so I don't know when I'm ever going to get around to those, but I'm taking icon/stuff requests here. If anyone from here who isn't a member there wants anything, there's a special pass

The Deer Hunter is one of my favorite all time movies, good god I love that movie. Sabrina (the original please) is just before that one.
Roman, he is one hell of a great director, I totally agree with you on that one, even though one of my favorites of his isn't on any best list..The Fearless Vampire Killers.
and JOHN FORD! His sweeping vistas are what made movies great..that's why I think Ang Lee took a page from him in filming Brokeback.
You've got excellent taste!!
Bachlava, is she in Greece? OH.MY.GOD. I wanted to go there for so long..yes, I'm not only a history geek, but an ancient history and greek mythology one too. *smile*
Bachlava is in Paris and was wondering whether to go seeing the Greek stuff at the Louvre or the Egyptian... I'd have gone for the Greek though ;)
The Deer Hunter is just... I LOVE it. Of Cimino I have to say I like Year of the Dragon better but it's because I saw it after the last War of the Worlds. I can assure you that everything seems a masterpiece after that.
Roman is love, totally. And OMG THE FEARLESS VAMPIRE KILLERS! I love that movie something fierce, though I couldn't really classify it here. I also love The Tenant I have to say.
and JOHN FORD! His sweeping vistas are what made movies great..that's why I think Ang Lee took a page from him in filming Brokeback.
YES YES YES. Totally. If they asked my favorite western I'd have probably said Stagecoach, even if my favorite Ford overall is the Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. That movie is just... gah. Thanks, I'd totally say right back at you!
I saw the Deer Hunter years ago, when it was a big deal for it to be on Cable, ever since it's been in my top 10 all time favorite movies, I've rec'd it before but I'm not sure anyone else feels the same way I do about it..BUT YOU DO, so YES, FINALLY

OMG I was forgetting Rio Bravo. That's an AWESOME movie. But then again, the only Ford movie I don't get is My Darling Clementine lol. Apart from that, everything Ford I worship. *sigh* And Dean Martin totally wins ;)
I'm thankful that I have both parents completely movie geeks. Well, wonder why my first movie was Woody Allen lol ;)
Fearless Vampire Hunters is a blast. It was one of the best movies ever lol, completely genial. Also, I thought Roman was incredibly cute in that movie but my mother is seemingly disgusted at me for thinking so. Oh well.
oh my god, that movie, how many times did he climb those stairs and go out the window..and the OH DAMN ending!!
Agreed. God. Did I almost cry there? That's an incredible movie. I loved it, completely.
Yeah, you sure have! Did I miss that? I was sure I had done it. Or didn't I? Oh well, I'll go back to it ♥ By the way, I got all of your mail last day =_=' postal service sucks these days. I'm answering you later this week or the next!
//I don't know why everyone doesn't like The Terminal// a me è piaciuto un sacco...ma credo che io non conto visto che siamo quasi un unico brain...tu più brain XD
Mmmh, no. Maybe at the beginning, but Joe started to lose points with me as soon as he started dating Rosa, even if I liked her. I was totally shipping Sam and Tracy Bacon ;) as soon as there was the meeting in the radio I though 'alright, Mr. Clay is completely closeted and he totally will want to make out with this other one' and when they actually kissed I was sort of squeeing because I totally got it right. I sniffed when they separated I have to say.
That party must have been something awesome though!
We can share Rick ;) oh, never go see Troy. The only good thing about it is Eric Bana being very eye-candish and sort of bringing justice to the character even with the butchering. After he dies it's just horrid. And Lucy Liu is an excellent crush to have I must say!
JBJ isn't actually bad. He's like Ian S., he can't choose a good movie for the life of him. He was good on Ally McBeal and on his first movie, but I've seen pretty much all the

Thanks for the Sayid icon. I also have a graphics favour to ask you but I will e-mail it because if you can do it, it will be a surprise for a common friend.
