I was doing ok, at least I through I was until I can back from Vac. Visiting family I have to say that this time was the hardest trip that I have gone on in very very long time not since the death of my best friend in college, and I force to face the family and answer all the question that only a best friend could answer, yet hating to share

One day at the time is perfectly acceptable, considering all the upheaval and grief you are trying to handly. Heck, I can remember times of getting by one ten-minutes at the time. Don't feel bad or inadequate if your gradiants of cope diminish for a while. With all you're juggling it is normal, and a good mechanism for keeping on keeping on.

You and your family are in my prayers. I love you lots, Sweetie. Wish I had a magic bullet for you, but there isn't one. let time do its job.

I wish there was something I could say to make it better. Hopefully, as time goes on, things will get lighter and the tone of life will take on a happier note.
