Cabbages and kings

Okay, whining over. :) I just have a lot of things going on this week -- tons of homework, registration for spring classes on Wednesday, and a trip to Philly over the weekend to see Sara. At least the trip part will be fun! Too bad it can't be longer, but once again, stupid school and work!
This past weekend was good though. I spent most of it being very lazy: I got through the third and final season of "Roswell" (and yes, I heart Michael, though he really needed to cut his hair!) and read a pretty big chunk of Bleak House. I'm still only halfway through that book though. Dickens, why you gotta write books that can double as doorstops?
Then on Sunday I hung out with Julie once again. We went to a tapas restaurant where I had octopus for the first time! I thought I'd be daring and try something new. :) I expected it to taste like calamari, but it really tasted like a clam to me. Not bad! After dinner we watched "Bride and Prejudice," which was silly and fun. And now it's off to get some of my work done!
