Wondering if I should start a new career of "flipping" houses (not!) We have put together a pretty good crew. Hopefully, about a 5,000.00 investment will reap 10,000 extra and a quick sale (which saves us much money.) I think it is summer now. Sometimes I drive out of the garage and look around surprised that it isn't fall. Incipient alzhiemer's? stress? I don't know. It will be fall before we know it.
