deformed lung
we had the Halloween Party last night and it went pretty well actually. Just a small group of us who talked and mucked around all night. Mum and Tys showed up early, before the party actually started so Tys could see the decorations, play PS2 and have lollies heaped upon him. Rene and Kai didn't stay long, Kai was wierdly uber-shy (I have never seen him be so quiet around me) but I think they had a good time. Debb stayed until close to midnight and Sharon crashed the night. It was ao fun to dress up this year. I'm so glad I still had the party. It was a little in doubt after the fun I've had at work this week, let me elaborate:
On Tuesday afternoon I had a bit of an asthma attack. To begin with I wasn't so worried because I had my asthma puffer with me. Then I tried the asthma puffer and discovered that it was actually empty, nice one Janeen. I was training a new girl and couldn't find any of the supervisors and so started to get more paniced to the point where I was shaking and the room started to spin. Kerryn then took me upstairs to A&E where I staryed for three hours, getting x-rays done and being put on the nebulizer. I discovered I have a deformed left lung, yay! I took Wednesday off, had thursday and friday rostered days off and am taking today off as well because I am still feeling pretty rotten.
NaNoWriMo starts in three days, I'm ever so excited. Dyke Drama is also going along steadily in it's progression.
I had an awesome time last night and am ever so happy I didn't cancel because of my stupid lung. Pictures are on their way.
