Didn't take many pictures at the convention. I knew they wouldn't turn out, so I just sat back and enjoyed. Can I just say though, that Julian Richings has an amazing amount of energy. He was such fun at karaoke.
My highlight of the con.. Mark Pellegrino, definately. Even in gold there are long lines for autographs (although nothing near they wait time of everyone else). Still, it's rather boring, so I brought my book... The Idiot by Dostoyevsky. When I finally got up to Mark for his auto he noticed I was holding it and said "Oh, you're reading the Idiot!" And thus started a conversation on Dostoyevsky. He asked if I'd read anything else, to which I replied Crime and Punishment, the Brothers Karamazov, and the Gambler. He told me he's read C&P 3 or 4 times and The House of the Dead, but he hadn't been able to get through Karamazov. He's tried a few times, but just couldn't get into it. I told him I found it lagged a bit in the middle, but the end was pretty good. He then asked if I was going to the party that night, and I was. He said "Good, well talk some more then."
Sadly, he got to our table at the party last of all. The party was way over time, and by the time he got to us the staff were already taking away the tables. He sat down and said hi to everyone, then looked back at me and said "Oh, you brought Dostoyevsky! Too bad we don't have time to discuss it." The person with him was already tapping him on the shoulder to leave, but he wanted to give us more than just 10 seconds, even if they were already tearing the room apart. He politely talked to everyone at the table, but he kept looking back at my book, like he really wanted to talk about it. Finally we definately had to go, because the staff were kicking us out. He asked me if I was going to Vegas, which sadly I am not. He said "that's too bad. We'll talk about this next time then."

We could hear most of what they said from where we were standing, but my camera didn't pick it up. Thankfully I remembered what I heard, and wrote it down.

For this episode hey used the inside of the office for a hotel in Texas, and the side of the office building for a hotel in Oregon. I believe this is the 3rd time they've shot at the 2400.
