Collection Update 12-09
What a haul, eh? Got all this from the same seller. He told me they've been retired a while and were moving to a smaller place, thus they needed to shrink their collections a bit. When I told him I was interested it a few of his items he offered me first dibs on some of the things he hadn't listed yet. In addition to combined shipping he also gave me some discounts for buying so much. As he sold some things in lots, I did end up getting a few things I already had. But I did manage to get 32 new items. And total cost (item price plus shipping) divided by number of items averaged out to $5 each piece.
Party time? Invite and thank you cards, plates, cups, napkins, banner, balloons, tablecloth, hats, gifts bags, and noise makers... I think I'm prepared.
The dinner set in the middle has the cup seen here and a bowl I bought a while back. The box beside it has a spoon and a fork. The first 2 books I've been looking for for a while, but they were either just too much money or in poor condition. And the last one is just awesome. It's the comic adaptation... in Cantonese! I now have it in 4 languages!
Been trying to get the comforter on the left for a long time, but it was either too much money or they wouldn't ship to Canada. And the blanket I'd never seen before, but very happy to snatch it up.
Is that Terk pillow great or what? And the pillow beside it I'd only seen in the pictures for the bedding sets. I thought it was one of those 'only made for the picture' type deals, didn't think they actually sold them. The other side has young Tarzan swinging on a vine.
Below Terk is a crate of monkeys. The green one is young Tarzan. Beside that is a magnetic picture frame, 2 pencils, a body art marker, and a puzzle to match the Terk one I got a couple weeks back.
And finally, 3 posters. These were the first things I saw from the seller, and led to buying all the rest. Sadly they're a little bend, but they still look great!
