So I'm not exactly sure why, but I am really, really happy that the Tigers beat the Yankees. I don't even care at all about baseball, but it still just warms my little heart that the TIGERS beat the YANKEES. Maybe living in Boston for so long has gotten me a low-level hatred for the Yankees, which is weird since I haven't picked up any affection for the Red Sox. At any rate, I'm pretty pysched. I wish I had some Tigers gear to wear, just to revel in the moment a little longer. The Pistons, the Tigers . . . are the Lions going to surprise us all next?
