Quick post today. I just remembered I want to plant potatoes tomorrow, and they're not cut up yet. I'll be doing that in a few minutes.
The Community Cat has decided the freshly planted horse trough is it's litter box. No, Cat! Bad Cat! So I covered the trough with screen until I can put mulch around the plants, either hay or bark. I've lost a couple of plants already, not due to Cat, but because they were not kept moist enough.
I'm going to see my wonderful chiropracter tomorrow morning, and not a minute too soon! I have arthritis in my lower back. When I am vertical, I have little or no pain, no matter what activity I (moderately) do. But as soon as I'm horizontal, my left hip and leg ache enough that I can't sleep more than an hour or two at a time, until about 5AM, then I sleep for 5 or 6 hours. No matter if I take Aleve, no matter if I apply cold and then warm moist heat to the hip.No matter if I do all the stretching exercises. I sleep now with a pillow between my knees on my right side, and that helps somewhat. I hope the chiropracter can suggest something else I can try. I don't usually discuss my medical problems. Thanks for indulging me this one time.
I'm grateful for my good health. This hip thing will pass.
I'm grateful for Harry
I'm grateful for being one of Cat's staff. (Dogs have masters, cats have staff)
I'm grateful for future flowers and vegetables.
God Bless
