A Time For Everything

We watched Butterfly Effect last night. It was a very good movie, in my opinion. Ashton Kutcher did a good job of actually acting in a serious role. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I just got a phone call from Crown. The safety attendant, a supervisor, and a union representative were all on a conference call and I had to sit through a safety investigation. They basically just grilled me with questions about what happened during the accident. Luckily, they don't seem to be trying to blame the accident on me, as I kind of expected they would. Instead, they seem to be blaming it on lack of training (or lack of sufficient training, more specifically). So that's good news, at least.

The leg is about the same as yesterday. It doesn't seem to be bleeding right now though, so that's good. And I think the swelling might have even come down a bit too.

Woo.

Off to a get-together with some friends from Kwantlen tonight. It's nice that we're staying in touch like this. It'll be fun.

I've been listening to the new Dave Matthews Band album, "The Gorge", that I downloaded today. God damn, his music is so soothing. However, I can kind of picture that if I were in a different state of mind, some of it could possibly be very depressing. Like I've said, there's a time for everything... even Dave Matthews.

And yes, even emo.

Shut up, Mark.
