Humpty Dumpty
Today at work I had the following conversation with my boyfriend;
Me: ... and this Humpty fellow seems fairly presumptuous to risk his life by climbing walls. Don't labor laws state eggs must maintain proper harnesses while working for the city, such as repairing the wall he so tumbled off of? Will he still be able to collect worker's compensation despite his blatant disregard for safety?
Him: I think you are making way too many assumptions about this "Humpty fellow". For all we know, he could be some illegal immigrant trying to penetrate the borders of the Kingdom. He might not be a citizen, and therefor be exempt of any rights. I'm just saying that Humpty may-or-may-not be such a "good" character as everyone assumes he is. For all I know--he is a ninja assassin.
Also, because he had his fall in a kingdom, one would assume that the form of government is some form of Monarchy, which labor laws might be non-existent or lax in some areas (in particular for the rights of eggs). It's probably Humpty's best bet to seek representation.
