I do have some people on my flist who write Neville quite often. I could ask them about a Neville community that is open to different characterisations of Neville. If you want to, that is.
I doubt that you will be eaten alive by Neville fans from what I have seen so far from your Harry/Ginny stories. You don't play with clichés and have a knack for bringing the emotions across. I am very much looking forward to reading your story.
