Ok... These last few weeks have been amazing...
For two weeks, I was the assistant stage manager for A.R.D.T (Alabama Reperatory Dance Theatre). It was so awesome, just being back stage and making sure everything is running smoothly. Definitely a hard but fun job. Besides doing the job, I was able to meet some really awesome people and work with some I already knew. OF course there was one dancer who really caught my attention and it was even better because I met and talked to her for a bit. She was so beautiful on stage (wow) and she definitely has skills. I get to film Dance Alabama so I will get to see her again and I cant wait!
Well, because of the dance, I have been late to karate a lot this past week. I guess it really doesnt matter becuase there were enough black belts to take over, but Im the sensei, I should be there. But whatever.
Umm... homework keeps piling up on me due to procrastination... something I really need to stop doing. Especially stage makeup... blast my theatre classes... they seem to be giving me the most trouble.. blah... but thats how it goes. My film major is awesome. Much easier than theatre for some reason, mnybe its because I have never put makeup on in my life and then suddenly Im getting graded on it... Im getting better at it, but still...
Anyway, here I am now after the two weeks and just kinda bored again. Well I better stop procrastinating and get to my homework.. blah.. Peace!
