Mr O Pemberton's dinner 6.30 at wh. I was last to arrive, having had a very busy day so as to clear up work before leaving. I sat between Dr McVeagh of Coventry and Mr Baker and we got on well together. My case of nephrectomy wh. is still talked about as the last new thing exciting some attention. Walked home with Lloyd Owen. Snow on ground and a very hard frost.
