I was walking past the men's bathroom on my floor at work and the door was propped open because there was a maintenance guy on a ladder just inside the doorway changing a light bulb on the ceiling. And there was another maintenance guy standing there watching him do it. So first, of course, I thought: must be union guys. But after I took a few steps more it hit me: this is it. This is what they're talking about. This is the answer. This is how many union guys it takes to screw in a light bulb. Two.
