There is a lot of different versions of Monopoly now but I have selected six that would make great Christmas gifts. This board game is still fun for the whole family no matter what version it is.

I finished reading The Night Eternal by Guillermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan (Harper, July 2012) last night while waiting for SimCity Social to load. In fact, I zipped through it pretty fast while waiting for that Facebook game to load the past week. I finally finished reading The Many Faces of Van Helsing edited by Jeanne Cavelos earlier this evening. This horror anthology published by Ace features twenty-one short stories about the famous vampire hunter. Some focus on his past especially on how his wife goes insane and how his son dies. A sad day indeed for Sci-fi legend Ray Bradbury dead at 91.
