It's official.

I knew it was coming "for sure" for the last 2 weeks (due to the fact that HR writes all the contracts ;)), but was hesitant to say anything until I had the contract in my hand.

On the 22nd I will no longer be an intern, but will be on a 6-month contract... as a "HR Systems Assistant" ... whatever that means ;)  Doing the same work as ( Read more... )

Today I received a phone call, offering me an internship through AbilityEdge (it's really the exact same as CareerEdge, but it has a special government(?)-subsidized pool for people with disabilities).

I have a few things to discuss, as really only my parents (and some of my friends) have been around while this whole thing was going on.
