Hurrah, but doh!
...for my first peer-reviewed journal article has been published and I have received a hard copy in the mail. This is the hurrah. The doh comes from the fact that of every group of 4 pages, the 3rd and 4th are blank. Just, oops, sorry, no text. Bad copy editors, bad! At least the pdf file available on their website is alright.
