Sheilz kaldereta--let's cook so we can move on...

Here's one for the palate-- very good, I guarantee:

Ingredients:
Kahit anong beef basta may taba-taba pref sirloin, cut into strips
  tomato sauce, the smallest one
  grated cheese
  teriyaki sauce
  soy sauce
red bell pepper, one lang ok na, cut in strips too
1 can black olives (this is optional but since I love olives, I make it a point for it to be always present in caldereta)

Marinate the beef in teriyaki sauce & soy sauce, mga 2 hours or more, the longer the better-- basta covered lang sila, yung proportion eh if half a cup of teriayki sauce, ang soy sauce kaunting-kaunit lang, mga 1/4 or even less, para di gaanong kaalat

Fry beef--do not overfry, basta labas na mantika ng kaunti, hanguin na ang beef
Set aside the mantika from frying
Now place the beef sa pan, then mix the tomato sauce--low fire lang since luto na nang kaunti ang beef..
Mix in the mantika (if u wnat), if not, kahit mga ilang kutsara lang, para magkalasa yung beef in tomato
Mix red bell pepper strips, until tender--not too tender thuhg-tantsahan na lang
Last is olives, mga 1-2 minutes lang since canned naman sya
Then grated cheese, mga 1/4 cup
Salt & peppah to taste

Mahirap pala itong pag type ng recipe..
Anyway, everyone loves my kaldereta version at parties..
Try nyo na.. for Nelson, & for Jeng's family para sulit naman ang stay mo sa Pinas

Mabuhay pa rin si Francis M!
