we interrupt this marriage to bring you the norway pines speedway racing season
haha, that's what a bumper sticker stuck to the fridge up here says. they gave us a new one last saturday "i'd rather be at the races!...the pines speedway..."
the old batmobile is for sale! it appears marcia and john chase are possibly moving towards retirement... perhaps to focus their attentions on the new batmobile which their little tim chase has become quite the winner with. he's got the genes, yes?
ohhhh how i wish i could buy the wee 4 cylinder, even if marcia got slammed into a tree during the feature (no injuries and the car finished the race of course). that would be perfect, to start in that division, not a ton of power, but it still gives you a chance to be competitve and learn how to drive. then i could move my way up to v-8 modifieds, like the good ol' big bill moses.
i'm getting carried away with myself...

ohhh there's so much to worry about, but i will just keep putting that off for now to tell you this much....

scheduled departure time is early-afternoonish. of course we have to rip up a friggin mattress and bring everything to the dump, but if all goes well i should be home in the afternoon.
