The whole Virginia Tech thing is really getting on my nerves. I understand that the coverage is neccesary, but if I hear one more moron TV pundit say that the guy who runs the college should be fired, I'm going to...complain about it some more. Yes, the administration at the campus acted slowly, but who seriously assumed that the next step after the first killing was a rampage? The guy shot his ex-girlfriend first, not some random student, so there wasn't a reason to assume that he was going to shoot anyone else. Yes, he should have been arrested sooner, but shutting down campus? Stupid, stupid people.
In other news, I'm going on a feild trip for French class today, but I have no fucking clue where. Oh well, I like surprises. Maybe it'll be the Fireworks, Candy, & Puppy Dog Store.
