Hyun Joong stared down at the two before him, blade in hand. The two, much younger then he were tied by their wrists and their heads were down ready to accept the fate of their beheading. Long ago they never would have expected that what their lives had lead has their so called fate would in the end offer this as their final chapter. Hyun Joong turned his head away as a third man was brought in thrown to his knees, his wrist tied by chains, his eyes blindfolded and his mouth gagged. This was the man that he didn't want to lay eyes on. Not when he knew what he must do to this man. His eyes shifted back slowly and he looked at the blind fold covering the eyes of the man. He knew he couldn't see those eyes, those perfect, almost flawless colored eyes but he knew they could see him and they were locked with his. Betrayal...He was a traitor to not only the kingdom but to Hyun Joong. Never the less...This may..did he truly deserve this as his fate. The other two never looked up at him but he could hear faint whispering from the the red haired one.
'lier....traitor....trash...' those the words he spoke. Hyun Joong brought the sword up raising it above said red's head.
'May you rest in peace...' those were the words he wanted to speak but he didn't say..as he brought his sword down all he saw was the body of the chained man quickly pushing the red out of the way with his body...
'My love....what lead us here?'
'Fate....'
'I don't believe in fate....'
'Then you don't believe in me...'
