coming back from africa gave me a newfound appreciation for japan.
(alex, hopefully you can manage to pick your jaw off the ground...haha)
for japan. for "my" life. for my apartment, which is coming together
quite well, now with the internet and a table in addition to the mattress
and cardboard box desk. i'm still working on the fridge. it's somewhere
in transit. i missed the delivery guys yesterday. maybe this afternoon
we can arrange something. anyway...africa was amazing. seeing R, my
best friend from college, was very very needed. but it's good to be home.
