Day 18
Well, today went pretty well. 2 very minor issues in the homebase, and some whining out of FB, so pretty good. Got through the whole lesson with them.
Got some good advice today - I allow my redirections to go on too long to the point where they become back and forth conversations, taking up more time. Good response: "I'm not having a conversation - sit down and be quiet, or you're going to teacher X's room."
Left on time today for my haircut, then did the 3 mile walk. Now, just to plan for tomorrow and write the quiz. I'm thinking of making it open notes.
Also got a possible idea from KKI re: Friday activity time. Perhaps "clubs" rather than a whole class activity would work. Need more info about it, but it's a possibility.
