"So Hot!" - Spinelli to Maxie
Thanks to the wonderful, awesome, amazing Jenny I was able to see the show, which was in a simple two word phrase: FREAKING FANTASTIC! I have never giggled and smiled so much through a show as I did while watching the clips. Whoever came up with this idea of the characters singing karaoke needs to be given a raise. Whoever wrote the lines, picked the songs, needs to have their name gold-plated. Because today showed me why I love soaps...they're FUN! Here is my bullet list for GH:
- It picked up where it left off with Robin and Patrick still kissing on the stage. Which was wonderful an put me in the giggly mood.
- I want a Coleman. He is so awesome. I bet he sleeps on awesome sheets made especially for his awesomeness.
- Spinelli panicking is so cute. He really is terrified of disppointing Maxie. I love how much he wants her to enjoy whatever he does for her. It shows that she comes first in his heart, mind and soul. Who wouldn't want that from the guy they love?
- Coleman saying that Scrubs didn't set the bar that high and Robin and Patrick saying they didn't think they sucked. *laughing* They so didn't. In fact if that was a real bar, I would never go after an act like that, unless I was seriously drunk
- The entire bar chanting Spin's nickname. *laughin* I started chanting Jackel along with them
- Maxie, Lulu, Rebecca and eventually Diane singing, "Don't Cha". Let's be honest that was made of complete win with some win left over for good measure
- Max saying, "That's so hot" about Diane while she was singing with the girls. I don't always love May/December-cougar romances...in fact I almost never do, but this one is just too perfect not to enjoy every moment they share on screen together.
- The girls working it for their boys. While I kinda hate Rebecca, I did think Natalia was really cute singing to Nik and Ethan. Especially when she threw her jacket over Nik's head. Lulu singing to Coleman...so freaking wonderful. I could ride that train...LuMan FTW. And of course Maxie dancing only for Spin. How can anyone hate this couple? I just don't get it!
- Spin stuttering to Maxie and her clarifying, "So I was hot?" His response, "SO Hot!" *laughing*
- Spinelli and Diane...I do kinda like them as friends.
- Spin gets up to sing...
