(no subject)
Bitty had her kidney taken out on Thursday, so she's almost half a pound lighter without that big ole thing taking up room. This recovery has been a billion times better than the last one. This one has been very simple, just a little soreness. So, that's great. And, with the exception of getting the staples out in a couple weeks she will be done with all this crap.
I babysat for the weekend, which was good. Pretty boring actually, but Phoenix got to play with the baby which he loves.
It's almost thanksgiving, my favorite holiday! Mmmmmm turkey and mashed potatoes. And I'll have several days to put in my new floor and clean up the yard. I still haven't put my house on the market, but I think that the week after Thanksgiving I will. I think then it will be almost ready enough.
I also keep dreaming about medical school. I wish so much that I didn't hate school, or math in particular because then I would probably go to med school. But, well, maybe someday I still will, just not anytime soon.
I'm also watching Curb Your Enthusiasm because my mom said it was a great show and I needed to see it. I.... think it's probably one of the stupidest shows I've ever watched, but eh.
I really need to get my resume out so I can get a job and look for a place to live. I need to be moved in there by 17 March so I can have my surgery without worrying about moving right after that. It's coming up so soon!
