This weekend, I'm thinking of going to the Blues Festival in Portland with my buddy Jason. I think I'll call Allison and see if her and her friends want to come with us, too.
I was going to spin with Rei this weekend but declined due to lack of funds. It's a shame. (; _ ;
Like any other day, I'm playing FFXI. I'm Fae on the Pandemonium Server. Currently, I have: SAM61 . SMN61 . WHM34 . WAR30 . THF30 . PLD25 . NIN15. I plan on taking SAM to LV64 or 65, but I do want to take SMN to LV70, too. That's when that job gets extremely powerful! I'm waiting to fight Fenrir as I now have the "Moon bauble" which will allow me to fight him. However, I'm not finding the right help I need. I'm a fickle person when it comes to what job to play, so I've decided not to worry about it until an opportunity comes along.
Right now, I'm sitting in Lower Jeuno looking for a party with my SAM61. I usually farm or try to make my own party, but I'm feeling quite lazy today and just park myself infront of the Tenshodo's hideout. It's my JP LS' HQ lol... and there are a couple of us just standing out here goofing off. It's quite fun. (¯-¯
I was aspiring to get a Haubergeon (LV59 chainmail piece that's VERY nice for Samurai), but I've concluded that it's a bit overrated. Being the Mithra that I am, I have plenty of accuracy (from DEX) as it is, and I really need to just focus on STR and ATK to balance myself out a bit. So right now, I'm just wearing RK helm and chainmail for more STR and DEX (not wearing respective AF pieces). Eventually, I do want to wear the Arhat's Jinpachi and Gi along with Tiger hose and lidelsens to look super sexy and powerful at the same time. lol
The Arhat's stuff is just for added enmity and reduced physical damage taken, which is ideal for when I sub THF or working with a THF.
blah blah wish I had something more interesting to share. Nothing to do really in Forest Grove--especially when you're bankrupt and without a job. At least I'm still going to college! (ˆ-ˆ
