(no subject)
Been down to Brixham in Devon for the weekend to visit Stephs granny. Travelled down there on saturday evening after work. Was quite a tiring journey, the weather condtions were pretty awlful - could barley see the road ahead in places but got there at about 10pm. I was totally shattered, I almost had to stop on the way as I could feel myself nodding off.
Anyway, the rest of the weekend was pretty good. Got up pretty late on Sunday and as the weather was again pretty poor we went to a swimming pool with wave machines and slides in Tourquay in the afternoon which was a good laugh. Stephs granny made us a casarole in the evening and then we all settled down in front of the tv. A couple of Stephs cousins came round in the evening to finish off some decorating they were doing. Although its abviously good they were helping her out, I wasnt very inpressed with how they spoke to here, f-in and blinding all the time. Ok, might sound like an old man saying that, but they ought to show a bit of respect.
Yesterday morning we went to Paigton, another nearby town to have a look round and get totally windswept on the beach! Went back for lunch and then left at about 3:00. Went to a place called 'Tragomills' on the way home which was near Newton Abbot. Basically a massive shop that seemed to sell pretty much everything, and was pretty good prices too. Had about an hour in there and got a few things. Got back home about 8, then stayed at stephs for some tea.
Had the day off today, so got up around 10 and then went in to town, had a hair cut and then went to the Nokia Store to upgrade my phone. Got the Nokia 6103. Seems quite nice, couple of things I have found I dont like much, but otherwise seems pretty good and does what I want it to do which is the main thing.
Anyway best go now, going up to the gym now, havn't been for a week!
