Tired. Long day. Gone over 13 hours.
Was looking forward to coming home to peace and quiet. The neighbor moaned. Again. It's getting hard to take. I need my rest. 
I can't just find another place to live, because places are picky about declawing your cat. I won't do that, as it is torture and cruelty.

Have you ever talked to your neighbor about how you can hear him? Maybe he would be so embarrassed that he would stop doing it.

Tell your landlord to just be blunt about it and tell him to have some respect for his neighbors.

I heard my lady neighbor moaning and the bed hitting the wall before. So I slammed something into the wall and I never heard it again.

Hang in there, some people just don't care about others and are rude.

I've never talked to him before, so I really don't want to approach him.
I've thrown a tennis ball at the ceiling and pounded it with my hand. (I don't want to wreck the ceiling). He didn't seem to notice.

I've also contacted management. They said they'd talk to him.
He might have a sleep disorder, so he may have no idea he moans like a chronic masturbator.
