State Fair
Yesterday, my parents came up, and we went to the Minnesota State Fair. I don't think I've ever been there before (maybe when I was an infant or small child).
On the other side of the street from the entrance stood two men. One of the men was holding a sign that said "[whore or war]mongers and adulterers, God will judge". The other one was yelling about how Jesus is Lord and he rules and he died on the cross, blah blah blah.
So did Horus, and several other gods before him.
Lame.
The State Fair was okay. We went through it rather quickly, as my dad tends to rush things. We mainly went to the DNR building and the Eco Experience and a couple other places related to landscaping and/or construction. We also saw a presentation on Birds of Prey, which was pretty neat.
A lot of the people there were pretty stupid. A couple people bumped into me instead of sliding six inches to their left. Like, seriously, learn to walk. A lot of times I felt like I was a blood cell trying to make it through a clogged artery, and the other people were arterial plaque.
