Life, Health, etc.

I'm working on making a lot of changes.
Getting more organized and giving some of my stuff away.
There are some things I don't want to part with but never wear/use, so I think I may put them in storage.
I want to simplify my life a little more.

Also, I want to get in better shape.
My diet has been getting a lot better.
I've been eating more vegetables lately, but I can still do better and I will continue to improve. Nanci gave me a few bags of frozen vegetables, so that should help.

In addition, I plan on spending less time in front of screens (i.e. tv and computer) and more time reading, doing homework, exercising, meditating, and/or putting puzzles together.

I'm proud of some of the progress I've made in the last few months (especially with eating.)
And I will continue to work on this. Because I tire of feeling like crap.

Plus, I've been working on learning some sign language. It's neat. And rewarding to sign with my niece. Even my nephew has been doing some signs.

I may be a good person now, for the most part, but I really want to become better, healthier, and more stable.
